The
Secretariat of State of Commerce and Tourism is formed today fundamentally
like a center of benefit of concrete services. The services in the
matter of foreign trade are developed through the Network of Economic
and Commercial Offices of Spain in the outside (OFECOMES), of the
Regional addresses and Territorial of Commerce in the different
Independent Communities and of the Spanish Institute of Foreign
trade (ICEX).
