When working on the division of the orange into
segments, there is a big number of broken or
deteriorated segments, and also a number of
segments which size is no good to be processed.
This is the raw material for the vesicular of Satsuma
orange. This product is getting very popular because
it is essential for preparing orange desserts,
orange flavoured yoghurts, orange juices….
