The process starts by washing the fruits in storage silos; depending on the fruit we use machines to separate the stalks or pits (for cherries, apricots or peaches) for fruits such as apples or pears, there is a process of pre-heating in order to soften the meat before it is crushed. After this, pits and meat are separated, the meat goes to the "termobreak" where it is boiled. After the boiler, the product can
be used to elaborate pulp or cream.

To elaborate pulp, we first guide the product to the sterilization tunnel and then it is cooled and storaged.
To elaborate cream or juices, the fruit goes from the "termobreak" to the refiner and the spinner, and after this, it goes to a machine that gets rid of the air that is mixed with the product.
